Ramie Schneider rejoined First Interstate Properties, Ltd. as Senior Vice President of First Interstate in December 2024. In this leadership role, she is responsible for overseeing key aspects of the company’s operations and growth, including development and retail leasing. Ramie brings a strategic mindset to the company and has vast experience in leading large scale development projects throughout the country. Prior to rejoining First Interstate Properties, Ltd., Ramie was Assistant Vice President at WinnDevelopment Companies, and responsible for leading their ground up, mixed income development projects. Outside of the office, Ramie enjoys being with her family, exploring Cleveland and running.
